Guild Info Attrition is a Horde guild on Cho'Gall with our focus on end-game raiding. We play to experience all facets of the game which includes PvE and PvP while having the maximum amount of fun possible. We have been since around preBC and will keep rocking through WotLK. It's been a great ride starting off small and having to pug people just to fill AQ20 and ZG's to clearing everything up to M'uru, progression has been a blast!
We use Officer loot. Officers distribute loot to the player that we think will help the guild the most. We incorporate various factors when deciding loot like: dependability, preparedness, generosity(to the guild, bank, and other players), attendance and attitude. We believe in class-restricted loot and if two players are very close we will do it the fairest way possible(roll). If you are looking for a DKP system then this is probably not the right guild for you.
Attendance
We record attendance for every raid. Be in the desired locations at the designated time of the raid and have all of your raiding materials ready, pots/reagents/elixirs/flasks/oils are REQUIRED (BEING PREPARED ALSO INCLUDES KNOWING ALL THE STRATS FOR ALL BOSSES BEING ATTEMPTED.)

Other
We will NOT accept applicants who have level 80 alts in other raid guilds. We will also NOT accept applicants who have purchased their characters on E-Bay (or any other character sale/trade). If you apply to another guild after being accepted into Attrition, you will be removed immediately. We will not tolerate immature players; start drama and consider yourself kicked. As long as you wear the tag you are representative of this guild and your actions reflect on our hard work so please remember that when you are pugging groups.

Requirements
We have certain requirements for applicants. Whether it is Talent Builds, Gear, Personality, and yes even individual skill, we will evaluate and judge your acceptance on these separate levels. If you aren't geared enough and ICC ready, DO NOT APPLY!
Must be at least age 18.
Before applying, please consider the following. We are not a zerg invite guild. Because of this fact, we have a longer application process. After being accepted into the guild you will be last in priority for loot. We require a minimum of 2 weeks to evaluate any applicant. Please also note that the 2 weeks is a minimum and we are not required to auto-promote you to raider status just because you have been here the two weeks. We will keep you at Applicant status until we feel you are worthy of promotion. Missing any raids during this trial period can and will be grounds for guild removal.
Please title your thread with your name and class. IE: Iconoclastic // Shaman
Please note if you are accepted we will contact you in game and a reply will be posted in your application. If you are not accepted we will simply post a reply and move the thread accordingly.
Please do not contact us regarding your application until one week after it has been posted. And if you list a gear score we will move your application directly to the DENIED area.
