--Do you think your gear is enchanted and socketed correctly for raiding? For discipline, I do believe it is. If the guild would want me to go holy, I’d definitely prefer to change some gems and enchants around.
--Describe your raiding gear stats unbuffed IF your armory might not be correct when we check it (please include gems and enchants): Discipline: about 2400 spell power self-buffed, almost a 28% holy crit and 722 mana regen with 392 while casting. I gem and enchant mostly for intellect. Holy: I don’t know the stats off the top of my head because, as I said, if I were to go back holy permanently, I’d want to regem and that’d change my stats by quite a bit.
Talents --Preferred Talent Build: For both discipline and holy, I use the standard builds 57/14/0 or 14/57/0. Mind you, I’ve been healing as discipline since first Ulduar came out and I definitely prefer to heal as it.
--Do you have gear for another spec? My current gear could function as a decent gear set for holy, and I do have a hit-capped shadow set.
--Would you respec to better fulfill your role in raids? Definitely. I won’t lie, I’ m not the best at shadow priest DPS, but I can heal very well as either specs and can probably try to improve on DPSing.
Raiding Experience --What type of WoW raiding experience do you have? Please list ALL encounters including Pre-BC, TBC and WotLK. Vanilla: None tBC: Kara, Gruul’s and Magtheridon. 3/6 SSC and 2/4 TK. WotLK: 10man: Naxx, EoE, Sarth+3 all cleared. Glory of the Raider completed. Ulduar, up to Yogg (with a lot of attempts on him), and a few hardmodes down. ToC, Faction Champions and Twins down. 25man: Naxx, EoE, Sarth+3 all cleared. Ulduar, up to General. Unfortunately, SF hasn’t started any hardmodes in Ulduar. ToC, Beasts and Jaraxxus down.
Availability --We raid 3-4 (or more) nights a week (Required evenings: Tues, Thurs & Sun) from 7:00PM - 11:00PM Server Time, can you handle that schedule? The only night I’d have a problem with would be Thursday. I have a class that gets out after 7 server. I’d be probably an hour late at most.
--Do you have the time to farm for all your consumables to come prepared to every raid? I do, and if I don’t have enough time one week to actually farm the consumables, I’ll dish out the gold to buy them to make sure I’m prepared.
Guild History/Personal --Have you applied to Attrition in the past, or been a member of Attrition previously? No.
--List your prior Guild(s) and your reason(s) for leaving. What would they have to say about you (be as specific as possible)? Splintered Faction: I’ve been with SF since February and in the beginning, they seemed to be doing well. They were progressing on Sarth+drakes. Over time, they’ve lost their core players and instead of replacing them with equally skilled people, they began recruiting whatever they could and merging with smaller and less progressed guilds just to fill spots. This has lead to a severe lack of progression. I don’t mind wiping on progression content, but it becomes horrible when you starting wiping on fights that you’ve done tons of times because 90% of the raid has no idea what’s going on and frankly, they don’t seem to care to learn how to do the fights correctly. I’m not sure what they’d say about me. I was one of the core and more dependable healers/raiders for a long time (I had 100% raid attendance for about three months). So, I’d like to think that they’d say good things about me, but I did give up an officer position and stopped raiding after getting tired of setbacks (which wasn’t the best thing to do, I know).
--Do you mind constructive criticism? Not at all.
--Do you currently have all the mandatory addons? That I do.
--Why have you chosen to apply to Attrition? Honestly, I want to be excited about raiding again. I want see new content and enjoy doing it. I want to do it with people who want that, too and who are skilled. I want to look forward to raid times and not dread them like I do now, and I think Attrition could definitely be the place where I can get that back.
--Why do you play World of Warcraft? I started playing a few years ago because an ex begged me to and I kept playing it because that’s how he and I bonded and spent time together. I play it now to spend time with some friends and because I enjoy the feeling when you everything comes together and you kill that boss that you’ve been spending forever trying to get down.
--List the members you know in Attrition and how you know them: I did a heroic with Ballthazar earlier and he mentioned that the guild was looking to recruit a priest.
--Tell us more about who you are and why we should recruit you over someone else: I may not have cleared Ulduar, ToC or have tons of hardmode experience, but I learn quickly. With a quick read of a strategy and a video or a quick explanation, I can get the understanding of just about any fight. I also possess situational/environmental awareness, which a lot of people seem to lack these days. I spend time trying to make my priest the best she can be. I’m extremely dependable and if I say I’ll be there, I will be unless some huge emergency comes up. I’m usually on for off-nights to do 10mans or just heroics. Finally, I’m extremely loyal to guilds when I join them and it takes a lot for me to leave them. So, you can trust that you won’t just be gearing me up and two weeks later, I’ll leave for some bigger guild.
Please tell me more about your move to "pride of the wicked."
I left SF for about... a week, probably (if that). And I had a friend who made a small little guild for fun basically. It had him, his girlfriend and a mutual friend of ours, so I ended up putting Ary in there for a bit.
