--Do you think your gear is enchanted and socketed correctly for raiding? My gear is gemmed and enchanted to maximize my character.
--Describe your raiding gear stats unbuffed IF your armory might not be correct when we check it (please include gems and enchants): My character is both Hit and Exp capped. I have 5.6k attack power and 44.5 % critun-buffed. I have 1320 armor pen. I often use armor pen food to push me to 1360. This grants me 98% passive armor pen. Once I acquire DBW I can start to regem for str without losing my 100% passive armor pen. I have read debates over scourge bane as an OH enchant. Although I haven't tried it to test personally, I have noted that Landsoul of Vodka and Frozne of Vigil both use the double berserk. In additoin, according to multiple spread sheets, including Landsoul's the double berserk produces better overall dps.
Talents
--Preferred Talent Build: I use the 18/53/00 build. I like the improved berserker rage for the rage boost for the start of fights and those rare times I become rage starved. These two points could be spent into improved execute. However, since I have the 4 piece bonus, I rarely have a GCD not filled with either instant slam or Herioc Throw. I glyph for Herioc Strike, Cleave, and WW. For my current build, with raid buffs, I can constantly que herioc stirke with little or no rage problems.
--Do you have gear for another spec? I use a 15/3/53 prot build. In my prot set I have 40k unbuffed and can easily tank Icc 10. Soon I can start spending Frost badges on prot gear. I enjoy tank very much but my gear is a bit behind my fury set. If needed, I can focus my efforts toward maximizing a tank set.
--Would you respec to better fulfill your role in raids? I can play any spec in any raid environment.
Raiding Experience
--What type of WoW raiding experience do you have? Please list ALL encounters including Pre-BC, TBC and WotLK.
Pre-BC (Vanilla): I completed Zg, Mc, Bwl, Aq20, and Aq40. I also raided Naxx 40 but never successfully killed KT. We raided 4 days a week for 4 hours a day. I maintained a 90% raid attendance. Loot was distributed via loot council.
Bc: I completed Kara, Za (4 chest), Ssc, Kt, MtH, and Bt. I raided Sw through KJ. I maintained a 95% raid attendance, was an officer and was responsible for distributing loot via Ep/Gp.
Wotlk: I completed Naxx 10/25, Uld 10/25, Uld 10 Hms, Toc 10, Toc 25, Togc 10, and 4/5 Togc 25. Currently I am 11/12 Icc 10m and 10/12 icc 25m. I have maintained a 90+% attendance, was an officer or raid leader and have been responsible as a member of loot council.
--We raid 3-4 (or more) nights a week (Required evenings: Tues, Thurs & Sun) from 7:00PM - 11:00PM Server Time, can you handle that schedule? I can make the raid times except those rare times when real life emergencies arise. (Hopefully nothing too serious)
--Do you have the time to farm for all your consumables to come prepared to every raid? Absolutely. I ensure I have a stack of flask every Tuesday and bring enough speed pots to pre-pop each battle. I have an alt holy priest who is a Herbislt/Alch that keeps my warrior supplied.
Guild History/Personal
--Have you applied to Attrition in the past, or been a member of Attrition previously? No, I have never applied to Attrition before.
--List your prior Guild(s) and your reason(s) for leaving. What would they have to say about you(be as specific as possible)?
In almost every guild I have been in, I have became an officer. I am highly respected as a player, raid leader and officer.
Current Guild: Sandstorm: Sandstorm is currently is 7/12 25m. They have difficultly filling a raid on raid days.
Previous Guilds:
Wotlk: Reign of Warlords: RoW was 9/12 25m and quit raiding regularly due to attendance. Legit: Legit reformed for Toc and Togc. We were the remains of the BC guild Legit. Park Balance: PB raided Ulduar 10 and 25. PB dissolved over the summer of 09 when Shore (GM) quit. Vendetta: Vendetta raided naxx 10/25 and Maly 10/25. Dissolved at the release of Uld.
Bc: Divinity: I joined as a friend of a raider. I made it into some of the raids when spots were available. Legit: Legit raided all the content of BC.
--Do you mind constructive criticism? Absolutely not. Constructive criticism is a part of a healthy raid environment. Sometimes, its exactly what is needed to make someone play their character better. As a veteran of WoW, I understand how to give and receive criticism. In addition, I understand that there are correct ways to handle even the most dramatic of situations. There is a time and place, and during raid time is not it.
--Do you currently have all the mandatory addons? I use all the mandatory addons except decursive.
--Why have you chosen to apply to Attrition? I have chosen to apply to Attrition because they are a long out standing guild that has survived the trials and tribulation of new content. I hope to become part of a raid team that has lasted through an entire expansion. I feel I have a lot to offer Attrition, both as a guild member and raider.
--Why do you play World of Warcraft? I play World of Warcraft to experience end game content, make friends and to have fun. I enjoy being part of a raid team and progressing through content. I have played Wow since day one. I can remember my first 40 m raid till this day. I was hooked. I love raiding, experiencing end game content and being part of team that accomplishes it. Some of my fondest moments in this game was being part of a guild I consider friends. Its great to log on and play with people with similar goals and interest.
--List the members you know in Attrition and how you know them: I have meet Morwraith in real life. He and I have known each other since the beginning of BC. I know he is an outstanding player and I hope that I can add to Attrition in a similar way.
--Tell us more about who you are and why we should recruit you over someone else:
I am a 25 year old Electrical Engineer. I graduated in May 2009. Even when I am on the clock I remain on-line. It is common for me to read forums, check in-game mail, or check webistes out about Wow during the day. I build computers as a hobbie. I use duel 47" LCD Tv's as Monitors. I run AM3 Quad core, Gforce 9800's, with 8 gigs for ddr3 ram. I pay for the highest available internet, which is 10 mbs. I try to maximize both my work and gaming experience.
In addition, I try my best to maintain a professional attitude at work, with my family, and online. As such, I play my character to best of my ability. I enjoy world of warcraft. I like raiding, meeting new people, and having fun. I feel I have a lot to offer and would hope to have a chance to show what I can do for Attrition. I want a guild, a raid team, and ultimately a home that I can be part of, for a long future.

While it pains me to think of bringing on another melee DPS, based on our recent attendance issues, I'd say give him a go based on the app and experience.
