--Do you think your gear is enchanted and socketed correctly for raiding? Yes.
--Describe your raiding gear stats unbuffed IF your armory might not be correct when we check it (please include gems and enchants):
Since this is my alt soon to be main my gear isnt itemized as best as it could be. I've been pugging ICC and using my badges to sell saronites for the most part. I'm sitting at 3055 spell power unbuffed with out my spyglass procs. My haste is a little under soft cap with out my 2 set bonus but I should be getting that sometime this week. Gems are spell power/ haste or spell power/spirit for socket bonus's. Enchants are optimized for max dps.
Talents
--Preferred Talent Build: 57/3/11 at the moment with out incanters absorption for when 3.3.3 hits.
--Do you have gear for another spec? Nope.
--Would you respec to better fulfill your role in raids? Yes.
Raiding Experience
--What type of WoW raiding experience do you have? Please list ALL encounters including Pre-BC, TBC and WotLK.
Since this has always been my alt I haven't had as much raiding experience on it as I'd like. Almost no Ulduar achivements or ToGC. As far as current content goes, I am 9/12 heroic 25man on my main Evvee. I used to be in Iniquity on Cho'gall and soon transfered over to Andorhal. I have full raiding experience on my Paladin.
I don't have one at the moment but if it's an issue I can log one on a dummy.
Availability
--We raid 3-4 (or more) nights a week (Required evenings: Tues, Thurs & Sun) from 7:00PM - 11:00PM Server Time, can you handle that schedule? Yes.
--Do you have the time to farm for all your consumables to come prepared to every raid? Yes, gold isn't an issue.
Guild History/Personal
--Have you applied to Attrition in the past, or been a member of Attrition previously? Nope.
--List your prior Guild(s) and your reason(s) for leaving. What would they have to say about you(be as specific as possible)?
I started WoTLK on my Paladin Evvee, where I was an officer in Epic Inc. We broke up due to some officer drama and quickly got accepted to Divinity. While in Divinity their Holy Paladins were set so I was only attending their alt runs. I left after a few weeks to join the opening in Iniquity. I raided with Iniquity for awhile but jumped on the opportunity to join Simple Math on Andorhal. I know I may seem like a guild jumper but I'm not. A job opening just opened up and I can't make Simple Math's 5 day raiding schedule anymore.
--Do you mind constructive criticism? Nope.
--Do you currently have all the mandatory addons? Yes I do.
--Why have you chosen to apply to Attrition? I'd like to raid with Ijude. He tells me good things about your progression.
--Why do you play World of Warcraft? For the ladies.
--List the members you know in Attrition and how you know them: Ijude's my bfflllll.
--Tell us more about who you are and why we should recruit you over someone else: I'm a confident and competent player who's knowledge about the game and content could help further your guilds progression. I have enough experience under my belt.
As I said before, all I've done on her is pug. I'm not an under experienced player. I won't be able to raid the 5 day schedule that Simple Math has set due to a job opening in a few weeks.
This was all clearly stated in my application by the way.
Well because it's on a different server, and if you're willing to pay for the transfer than by all means go for it and I'll raid on my Paladin. If not than he's going to sit there and collect dust till I either find an arena team on that shitty battle group or a decent enough guild that I'd want to devote my time to. Also I would just rather start playing my Mage and Warlock on Cho'gall again. I don't understand why it matters to you so much.
Like it or not, you've done your share of guild hopping:
While in Divinity their Holy Paladins were set so I was only attending their alt runs. I left after a few weeks to join the opening in Iniquity. I raided with Iniquity for awhile but jumped on the opportunity to join Simple Math on Andorhal.
Why should we take your under-geared alt Mage so you can hop to another guild when you feel like it. I think right now our guild needs to recruit, but with 2 steady Mages, you WILL be getting some bench time.
The last sentence in that Blockquote really bothers me. What will it take for you to "jump" on an opportunity to go raid with ______ when your Mage is more appropriately geared for better progressed guilds?
I don't understand why it matters to you so much.
It was a simple question. Maybe you should check your attitude at the door.
You're asking us to accept your Mage when Mage Recruitment Status clearly says Closed. He is under-geared, and you can't answer a question about why you want to switch mains and raid with us without making a snide comment.
T-Down for bad attitude.
EDIT: This also bothers me:
If not than he's going to sit there and collect dust till I either find an arena team on that shitty battle group or a decent enough guild that I'd want to devote my time to.
to be fair, the recruitment message isn't always up to date and you guys have been short on dps. Craig: "If Chris were half as good as he thinks he is, he would be amazing."
