--Do you think your gear is enchanted and socketed correctly for raiding? At least according to Ensidia, yes.
--Describe your raiding gear stats unbuffed IF your armory might not be correct when we check it (please include gems and enchants): 6248 AP, 34.88% Crit chance, 33.80% ArP, 27 Expertise, Hit capped. I socket Strength in all slots, except when a 4 Str socket bonus is present on a piece of gear with a yellow socket, then I socket Str/Crit.
Talents
--Preferred Talent Build: 14/0/57 Unholy
--Do you have gear for another spec? I have a shitbad gear set for Blood tanking, which is used for dungeons and little else.
--Would you respec to better fulfill your role in raids? If necessary, though Frost talents are typically covered by an Enhance shaman, while Unholy talents are hard to replicate without completely destroying a Boomkins DPS.
Raiding Experience
--What type of WoW raiding experience do you have? Please list ALL encounters including Pre-BC, TBC and WotLK. I'm a relative noob to WoW, joining at the launch of WotLK. I raided up to Ulduar pretty heavily, then took a break, and came back for ICC in which I am 11/12 in 10 and 8/12 in 25 owing largely to my current guilds... inadequacy.

Availability
--We raid 3-4 (or more) nights a week (Required evenings: Tues, Thurs & Sun) from 7:00PM - 11:00PM Server Time, can you handle that schedule? I can make accommodations for Tues and Sunday for sure.
--Do you have the time to farm for all your consumables to come prepared to every raid? Yes
Guild History/Personal
--Have you applied to Attrition in the past, or been a member of Attrition previously? No
--List your prior Guild(s) and your reason(s) for leaving. What would they have to say about you(be as specific as possible)? Relief Shift; I'm currently "employed" by them as we speak, but their lack of progression, sloppy leadership, and poor attitude are really holding the good raiders in that guild back as players. If asked, they would tell you that I am a knowledgeable, dependable source of DPS that doesn't stand in fires, switches to adds, and doesn't incite drama.
--Do you mind constructive criticism? I request it.
--Do you currently have all the mandatory addons? Yes, with the exception of Omen. I use ThreatPlates so I can track my threat on AE mobs.
--Why have you chosen to apply to Attrition? At the suggestion of some of the people in Attrition, as well as your successes thus far.
--Why do you play World of Warcraft? Social, and I needed something to take the edge off after playing EQ2 for so long.
--List the members you know in Attrition and how you know them: Grishuruk (best friend), Persephøne (Grish's lady friend), Fluffmuffin (loosely from vent chatter with Grish and Perse), Failsnake (from way back when I first started playing)
--Tell us more about who you are and why we should recruit you over someone else: I'm strict, I follow orders when given, I have an inherent knowledge of the mechanics of the game, and a firm grasp of understanding on the class I choose to play at any given time. My versatility is also of note, as I can play melee DPS and ranged DPS with equal skill. Healing needs work, but even God sleeps.
